COOK TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 145°F
GRILL
400–500°F | 7–8 MINUTES
Preheat grill to 400–500°F. Remove frozen oysters from packaging and place on grill with tin holders provided.
Close lid and chargrill for 7–8 minutes, checking frequently, until bubbling. Do not overcook.
Carefully remove oysters with tongs and let stand for approximately 1 minute. Caution: oysters will be very hot.
After cooking, slide a fork under each oyster and twist to separate from shell. Enjoy as-is or with your favorite hot sauce.
OVEN & BROIL
400°F | 8 MINUTES + 5–6 MINUTES BROIL
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a broiler pan with aluminum foil.
IMPORTANT SAFETY STEP: Add enough water to cover the bottom of the pan. This helps reduce flare-ups from any chargrill topping that may fall from the oysters.
Remove frozen oysters from packaging and place on the foil-lined broiler pan with tin holders provided.
Place on the middle rack and bake for 8 minutes. Switch oven to broil and continue cooking for 5–6 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown. Do not overcook.
After cooking, slide a fork under each oyster and twist to separate from shell. Enjoy as-is or with your favorite hot sauce.
